The Florida Geriatric Care Managers Association, Inc. (FGCMA), is a not-for-profit organization of practitioners whose goal is to advance the dignified care for Florida seniors, the elderly, and their families. FGCMA is dedicated to promoting the professional field of geriatric care management by training, assisting, regulating, educating, and supporting qualified care managers who provide a full range of services to aging individuals, their families, and caregivers.

FGCMA began in 1993 and continues to impact the field of human services by encouraging independence and autonomy of frail elders. The association and its members strive to ensure that the highest quality and most cost-effective health and human services are used when and where appropriate. Our goal is to provide comfort and improve the quality of life for the elderly while relieving the stress from caring families.
